Canning for Beginners
Join us for an illustrated workshop where we dive into the history and basics of home canning. Whether you’re a beginner or just want to refresh your skills, this class will guide you step-by-step. You’ll have the chance to taste some of my own home canned goods, and each participant will leave with a detailed booklet and recipes to try.
For those who want to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on, we also offer a practical session where you’ll actively participate in the canning process. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have your very own jar of freshly canned goods to take home!


Sourdough Baking
Master the art of baking sourdough from scratch in this hands-on workshop! Learn how to create your own starter, knead, and bake a beautiful loaf of sourdough. I’ll guide you through each step, ensuring you feel confident baking at home. Attendees will receive a sourdough starter and recipes to continue baking at home.
Workshops can be tailored to your interests, including options like bagels, crackers, freshly milled loaves, sweet sourdough, and even sourdough pizza crust! Whether you’re looking to master a classic loaf or get creative with new flavors and technique, we can customize the workshop to suit your baking goals.
Private Classes

Whether you’re new to these skills or looking to perfect your technique, I’ll tailor the class to your needs and interests.
