Thank you for shopping at Lunar View Farm. We strive to provide you with high-quality products, artwork, and services. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.
1. General Return Policy for Products
We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges for physical products purchased from Lunar View Farm under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) when returning a product.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or Personalized Artwork: Due to the nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized artwork unless there is a defect.
- Digital Products: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital products (such as downloadable artwork, e-books, or digital workshops) once they have been delivered.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lunarviewfarm.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.
- After we approve your return request, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Please pack items securely to avoid damage during return shipping. Lunar View Farm is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
2. Workshop & Event Cancellation Policy
If you have registered for one of our workshops or events, please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
- Cancellation by You:
- If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the workshop or event for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be refunded, but you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval from Lunar View Farm.
- Cancellation by Us:
- If we must cancel a workshop or event for any reason, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the session. You will be notified as soon as possible if this occurs.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@lunarviewfarm.com with the following:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item(s).
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
We will work with you to replace the damaged item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs for damaged products.
4. Refunds for Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank or credit card statement again. If the refund has not been processed, please contact us at hello@lunarviewfarm.com, and we will assist you.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., a different size or color), please follow the return instructions and indicate that you would like to exchange the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
